Provisional Management Consulting (PMC) provides competent engineering and maintenance management consulting for organizations facing an unexpected loss of management personnel. Consulting may be retained for maintenance or engineering management if current management takes a leave of absence, resigns, or leaves involuntarily. PMC will work to cover the gap left by absent personnel and recruit a qualified candidate for the role, making PMC your partner in providing world-class service management for your organization.

If your organization faced with an unexpected vacancy in a maintenance or engineering management position, depending on availability, PMC will be able to step in to cover the gap to reduce the stress on the organization until a replacement is found.
Recruiting
The PMC recruiting experience is different because we want to get intimate with the job before putting a candidate forward, allowing us to place the right candidate for the role. PMC focuses on placing maintenance technicians, supervisors, mechanical engineers, controls engineers, electrical engineers, and their respective managers.
Relocation Assistance
PMC can also coordinate the relocation of candidates. PMC will determine the budget needed for relocation or work within a given budget to relocate selected candidates. PMC can organize and execute moving services, real estate services, and travel arrangements as needed.
